- To avoid disappointment it is advised that you book early for your Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial, especially if you intend getting married on a Friday or Saturday, as these are the most popular days of the week and availability is limited
- 50% deposit required on booking
- 50% balance payable at completion of the Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial
- Payments by cash, credit/debit card and cheque
Making a Wedding Party Booking
To secure your Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial (and if desired, a Wedding Makeup Trial for bridesmaids, Mothers or other guests) you need to call or email as soon as possible to check your wedding date is available. If it is available, Pretty Flamingo will agree a consultation date and bridal make up trial with you at your convenience (not less than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day) and provisionally hold your wedding date for you.
A 50% deposit is required on confirming your Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial. You are under no further obligation until you confirm your booking for your wedding day upon completion of your Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial.
If you wish to make a booking, the 50% balance of monies is payable at completion of the Bridal Consultation and Bridal Makeup Trial to secure your chosen date. Dates are not secure until the balance is paid and confirmed in writing.
Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card and cheque (with supporting banker’s card).
Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact Susan Smith as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment within eight weeks of the wedding date a cancellation charge will be payable as follows:
- Up to four week’s notice – 100% of balance paid
- Four to six week’s notice – 75% of balance paid
- Six to eight week’s notice – 50% of balance paid
Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation
